Here's a great free program for you.  It's called "Eyedropper," and what  it does is gives you the html code for any color on your screen, whether offline or online.  Here's an example below of how the program works. When you right click on the "Eyedropper" icon the little gray box shown below appears.  Put it over the color you want to find the RGB value for.  Position the + exactly over the color, and the color you want will appear in the small square.  The RGB value will also be shown, either in number or letter form (your choice).  Now you will be able to instantly match the color of anything you want!  CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD.
